Starting October 1st, every department will move to the new operational excellence framework. We've built it around measurable outcomes, clear ownership, and weekly cadence. A kickoff session is scheduled for next Monday — attendance is required for all managers.

The Q3 security review is now finalized with an overall posture score of A. Full report is available in the IT drive. Key improvements went into identity, endpoint hardening, and audit logging.
October shift plan is now open for review
The October coverage plan is drafted and open for team review until Friday. Please flag conflicts in the Operations workspace so we can finalise before the month ends.
Q4 campaign kickoff materials published
The Q4 campaign brief, creative guidelines, and channel plan are now available in the Marketing drive.
